Remote Assistant will successfully run on your PC computer running Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000 or XP and having:

Pentium 300 MHz or higher
64 MB of RAM (128 MB recommended for better performance)
2 MB available disk space
Internet connection (Broadband connection preferred)
Static or Dynamic IP is necessary for Remote Assistant. Remote Host (on customer's side) does not require static IP address or any ports to be opened on the firewall).
